Lightning Crystal Guardian Rai

I'm kind of in love with the yellow in his hair.

Bio:
Rai is the guardian of the source of Lightning magic (Also known as electricity magic), a large Bolchite crystal  Rai doesn't live anywhere near the crystal, actually living inside the castle with his lover.  His crystal is so high up in the sky and surrounded by very electrically charged clouds, Rai figures it doesn't really need protection.  Rai doesn't really socialize with too many people.  In fact, he hardly talks to anyone besides his crystal bearer lover, Hermione, and Myla (who also shares the sky with him).  Many people are afraid of his cold personality, so he really isn't that approachable.  He doesn't mind though, Rai doesn't care for any other besides Myla and Hermione.  Rai, in his free time, likes to dance with Hermione, meditate, and soar through the skies.

Past:
He didn't know that he was going to be the guardian right away unlike Sirius and Amaranth.  He has a twin sister, and he thought that she was going to be it.  Instead, he inherited the powers and took the title when he was ready (At a relatively young age as well). 
Rai doesn't have good relations with his parents.  His father had left him and his family when Rai was roughly 8.  After that, his mother, the previous Crystal Guardian, started spiraling downwards, turning into an abusive person towards him and his sister.  They ran away, and went to the capitol city (which wasn't that far to begin with).  They had met Hermione, and became instant friends.  Hermione took them with her when she moved to the castle, Aluella being kind enough to give them connected rooms even.  Rai and Hermione became lovers when they were young adults (Much to his sister's delight), after Rai had finished his training with a different Lightning user.  Rai's sister moved out to live with their honorary parents to give them privacy. 

Magic:
The practice of Lightning magic is dubbed as Electromancy.  Out of all the elements, Lightning magic has the fewest yet strongest spells.  There are only two simple spells; Activation/Deactivation; turning electrical appliances on and off at will (No matter what it is, as long as it is electric), and Electrical Absorption; the ability to absorb electricity.  The only intermediate spell is electroportation; the ability to teleport by lightning.  Advanced spells include Electrokinesis; Control electric fields and shoot bolts of lightning at will, Divine Lightning manipulation; the ability to control and create the brightest lightning, Dark Lightning manipulation; the ability to create and control catastrophic and dangerous lightning, Quintessence Lightning manipulation; the ability to create and manipulate lightning that contains pure life energy, and Bolchite crystal manipulation.

Other:
I had no plans initially to make him Hermione's lover.  I was looking at the drawing I made of her dancing on Friday and thought, hey, these two would be the cutest fuckers ever, lets make them into a relationship. 
Their babies are going to be fucking beautiful.
